The aim of this report is to assist in the progression of plans for the Brigid 1500 commemorations within Co. Kildare. It was commissioned by Kildare County Council as an action of the County Kildare Decade of Commemorations Committee. The report is divided into 3 sections: A Heritage Audit, a Cultural Strategy and a Business Plan. Together they seek to provide a framework for the promotion and presentation of a programme to commemorate and celebrate Brigid 1500.
